Billing terms
Monthly plans are invoiced on the same day each month from your start date. Yearly plans are invoiced once, at the start.
Card plans are charged on the same day each month, or once a year, from the day you pay. Invoice plans are billed the same way from your start date.
Prices are in US dollars. Payoneer may show your local currency at checkout. We add no card or transfer fee.

Move up or down whenever you like. The new price starts from your next payment.
Cancel any month by email before your next payment and nothing more is charged. On a yearly plan, cancelling stops the renewal. Yearly payments are not refunded.
Nothing stops working. If it happens on most exam days we will suggest the next plan, and you are never charged more without agreeing first.
Payoneer emails a receipt when you pay, and we send a paid invoice for your records.
Paddle emails a receipt for card payments. For invoices, we send a paid invoice for your records.
